From the pond to the fish counter —PricoPlex took center stage in the August issue of *Fischmagazin*. To better understand his customers’ needs, PricoPlex Sales Manager Fabian Zanoni traded his desk for rubber boots and sorting gloves. He spent a workday at Platzfisch in Bavaria’s Elmauer Valley and gained firsthand insight into the processes involved in catching, processing, and presenting fish.
