Sustainable counter systems – our production process
Not only the buyers at the fresh food counter and buffet, but also we attach great importance to conscious and environmentally friendly consumption. For us, this also means that the counter systems are manufactured under sustainable conditions and last a long time thanks to sophisticated production. To this end, we use two different manufacturing processes and produce exclusively in Germany under the highest qualitative conditions. See for yourself!
Origin and processing as a top team: We obtain our raw materials from competent development partners. The carefully controlled production for sustainable counter systems takes place in the production halls of a German family business.
Depending on the requirements for the respective product, we use two different manufacturing processes: deep-drawing or injection moulding.

Technology
Two different manufacturing processes
In the thermoforming process, the elements are drawn into the shape of hollow bodies by vacuum. In the injection molding process, granules are placed in a mold under high pressure. The result: extremely dimensionally stable parts in particularly efficient production – this is how raw materials are used sensibly.
